Save me from bingo wings

I'm mid 40s, do quite a bit of aerobic exercise and my lower half is fairly toned, but I've got a chronic tendonitis in one shoulder, so can't do many press ups or free weights etc. All the triceps exercises I find online aggravate my shoulder. Has anyone got tips on tricep toning that you can do with a shoulder injury?

The best exercise I have found for bingo wings is a yoga pose spirit of ecstasy, think of the silver lady on the rolls Royce, from a seated position bend forward, move arms forward from prayer position, behind you, arms behind you, palms facing in and lift your arms as high as comfortable from behind. Google the pose. You will feel the work.

Thanks for the ideas. Unfortunately swimming doesn't suit my shoulder (sadly as I used to love it Sad), but I'll definitely give the yoga pose a go.

How long does one hold that Yoga pose, Yogagirl?

A couple of breaths in and out for me, Unfortunately I have mobility issues due to disability but others may be able to hold the pose for longer or repeat it. I think this pose can also be done standing, I do yoga from a chair as many of the postures can be adapted.

Try 2 sets of 8 reps of [[https://www.bodybuilding.com/exercises/tate-press this ]] using (very) light weights. Your shoulders should be isolated from the movement, and remain on the bench/ floor at all times.

Yoga and swimming have done wonders for my arms. I was wearing a short sleeved top at work today and admiring my arms Grin
