Fitness DVD advice!!

So I'm looking for advice and recommendations for a fitness dvd to do at home a few times a week.

So for various reasons starting to go to the gym or classes is a no go, mainly down to childcare and my OH working away. I've always been a fairly fit and healthy lady but it's came to a halt recently.

Any dvds people can recommend?

TIA

Lots of people use online vids or do the shred.

Fitness Blender on YouTube have fab cardio and strength routines for free, although there are loads so it can be a bit overwhelming to establish a routine.

I doing the '30 Day Shred' by Jillian Michaels at the moment - it's great because it's only 20 mins a day and no faff. I picked it up on Amazon for £5, but it's also online for free (PM me for the link).

And finally, Davina. Her vids are awesome. I have 'Fit in 15' on standby as it's perfect if you're pushed for time Smile

Some favourite dvds:

  • Insanity Max 30 best cardio DVD ever. Bit repetitive but haaarrd.

  • Jillian Michaels (most of them apart from kettle bell one ) decent circuits. You can make them harder quite easily. I like the legs and bum DVD. Tbh if you're they might be a bit easy unless you use heavier weights and double time the cardio.

  • les mills pump (discontinued but possibly available second hand) - just like the classes, cardio with a barbell, fab and fun

  • p90x3 great functional fitness in 30 mins, mix of weights and other workouts

  • JNL Fusion - my fave, very cheesy but effective weights and cardio alternating circuits

All of these periodically appear on YouTube or on vk.com
