Bunions & exercise

Really struggling with my feet due to bunions getting worse. Be had a while out of training due to successive pregnancies and limpit children. Key exercises are plank and push ups for me but I can't bend toes without searing pain. (I have plantar factoid too) Does anyone have bad bunions and still do a normal exercise routine?
