Can anyone recommend a programme to take me to 1/2 marathon?

Right now I'm running between 5 - 7k a couple of times a week, but I have run 10k+ regularly over the last year.

I have signed up to a half marathon in September. I've never run that far but I'm confident I can.

Can you recommend a good programme to follow that will get me there? Ideally I'd like something that includes strength work in the programme, but I don't know if such a thing exists.

I used Hal Higdons training programme to go from 10k to half marathon - it's a 12 week thing with days set aside for cross training alongside the running. Got me through it no bother!

I use the Bupa training plans. They have beginner, intermediate and advanced ones. Really good.
