Timer for couch 25k

Was thinking of starting this but looking for timer or watch I can use for timing running and walking in the early stages. I don't want to spend too much and would appreciate any recommendations.

If you have a phone you could just download one of the free apps and that will time for you - there is an NHS ones and lots of others too.
