Needing advice on loosing the "muffin top" and "thunder thighs" trying very hard to do the long walks, training at home atleast once a day also but finding the whole dieting side so hard to maintain as I have a very sweet tooth and a love of bread and pasta dishes 🙈 can anyone give me any advice on how they got back into shape ps my dd is two but better late than never 😳
