Body Pump when pregnant - help please?

I am nearly 15 weeks pregnant and continuing to body pump 3/4 times a week. I know that from 16 weeks onwards I need to tilt my bench so that I'm not lying flat on my back, but can anyone advise as to how long I can do sit ups/the abs track for (without changing it)? And is there anything else that I should be adjusting whilst pregnant?
