Triathlon suits

I've done a couple of short (starter & super sprint) open-water triathlons & graduating to a pool sprint next month so thinking its time I got some proper gear as my cycling shorts were literally dripping on the run and not comfortable enough to do a longer distance (10km run next month). Presumably a tri-suit is the best option as that will cover all 3 disciplines without any need for changing and just add a wet-suit if I do another open water tri?
Can anyone recommend one, preferably under £50, that isn't totally unflattering on a pear shape sturdy size 12?

Y would you swim in cycling shorts...?
Ebay has loads in all sizes.

Yep, tri suit is the best option I found. I got a cheapy one (only done one triathlon), RunBreeze is the brand. It was £35 I think.

In return can you tell me which wetsuit you used? I did a pool sprint tri last year. Am taking the plunge with a open water gotri later in the year. Haven't a clue about wetsuits!

I've bought my tri suits on ebay (apart from my first, which was More Mile and the zip went boom on the bike leg Blush). They are all unflattering tbh, so buy a size up as they run small ime.
My favourite is my Pearl Izumi one, followed by a Tri Girl one.

Igottastart - again, I'd advise buying a second hand wetsuit to start. There are always loads on ebay as people wear them for one event! You can't really tell if a wetsuit suits you until you've swum in it, so unless you can go somewhere that allows that it is a bit lucky dip. I have a Zone 3 and a Blue Seventy wetsuit both acquired like that. Don't forget Body Glide round your neck!
