Looking for up-to-date health advice from experts and parents?
I am finding my (cushioned) trainers uncomfortable for HIIT and kettles classes. Can anyone recommend suitable trainers for these classes? It is hard to find something designed for training.Thanks in advance
Best thing to do is probably to go into a specialist shop where they'll be able to advise you properly. I do a lot of mixed gym classes and wear Mizuno but they might not be a good fit for you
