I've hurt mine through running a HM on too little training, on a very cold and wet day Two weeks of rest and physio hasn't helped - after a slow and careful parkrun yesterday, my outer foot is aching like buggery.
If you have had this, what worked in terms of treatment? And how long did it take to get better?
