Have always yo yoed between being fat and slimming, fit or unfit.
I am now seeing a personal trainer and have stopped the binge/restrict food and eat proper full fat food but the right choices with plenty of protein to keep me full.
I am going to the gym regularly and still need to build up to a decent fitness level after an injury but once I have reached a decent level I want to train for something to keep me focused.
I have seen a tuff enuff event which is an obstacle course that looks really tough, but it doesn't really say much about what the obstacles are.
Has anyone done this and can you tell me what the obstacles are please? I'd like to have a bit of an idea of what it involves. Not going to attempt it until next year but plan to keep building my fitness up and then try to specifically train for it from the end of the summer.
