Does anyone combine HIIT sessions and running?I currently run 3 times a week & want to start doing something like the body coach HIIT sessions 2-3 times a week.How do you find it?Did it benefit your running speed & fitness levels?
Ive just restarted.I run twice a week, one interval training on a hill (sprint 100m, walk 100m) then run down the hill. Then I do a 4 - 5 k run once a week too.I also do 2 HIIT sessions (only 20-30 minutes) a week and a high impact exercise class per week.It's getting me back to fitness nice and quickly after being ill for the last quarter of last year. Also helping me tone up.
