Ok so I have just over 4 weeks to go until a long and very beach based holiday.
Current shape is not so bad (size 10 but bit flabby) and definitely a 'mum tum' due to a EMCS almost 2 years ago. I eat well (low ish carb, high ish protein, low sugar and lots of fruit and veg) but I really really want to be a lot more toned and look strong. I don't mind if I lose weight or gain (if muscle). I'm not over weight but am carrying fat around my middle. I no longer feel good in a bikini because of my stomach!!
Anyone know of any 'challenges' i can do in approx 30 days. I have done the 30 day shred previously (some years ago) and found it good for weight loss but less so for toning / strength. I am reasonably fit, usually do 3 HIT sessions a week and pilates but nothing else strength based. I really fancy trying something new and wondered if anyone had any tips?
