30 Day Shred - what results have you seen?

Hi everyone

I'm not much of an exerciser but I do have a copy of this DVD. In the past I've done it a few times but that's it, I've never done the full 30 days (or even 10 days!). I'm trying to motivate myself to exercise more and just wondering what results people who have done it have seen? Did you lose weight? Did you tone up? How long did it take to see results?

xx

It worked very quickly for me. It also knackered my lower back!!

bigearsthethird · 19/02/2017 16:57

I've just bought it so would be really interested to hear if it will work! Going to start tomorrow!

I have the DVD. Sadly I didn't last more than a few days. I pushed myself too hard and hated the pain the next day. Obviously that was the pain of my body changing but I just couldn't stick with it.

I do have her ripped in 30 as well and I found it much easier on my knees. Also gave up with that one as well lol.

Good luck trying to sit on the loo the following day Grin

I loved it and finished! Sorry about my underwear pics Blush lost about half a stone and generally felt much better. My tip is to mute the DVD and put a playlist on Grin x

Well done. You look great. 🏋🏼

Lozzapops · 19/02/2017 21:06

I did it this time last year. Coupled with cutting out sugary snacks, I lost 10lb and definitely saw a difference in the way my body looked - probably similar to what MrsSquidgy has posted upthread (well done by the way!)

Downside is, it gets bloody boring, but stick with it if you want to get results!

Blueemeraldagain · 19/02/2017 21:14

Completely agree with MrsSquidgy (Congratulations btw) you definitely need your own playlist!

It works but it does get dull.

clematisflower · 19/02/2017 21:27

I started yesterday. I'm hoping MrsSquidney's photo will give me motivation to finish - You look amazing!

I did try and do the dvd about 3 years ago, and seem to remeber I gave up on the level 2 workout as I found it to difficult. Hopefully that won't happen this time. Grin

MrsSquidney · 19/02/2017 21:30

I found level 2 the worst too!! Hated every day of it but level 3 was brilliant - keep going Flowers and thanks all for the kind comments Smile

Blueemeraldagain · 19/02/2017 23:00

Also, I was so busy looking at your flat tummy, MrsSquidney, that I didn't see your Brie Mode T-shirt. I'm a Nikki girl myself but love the Bella Twins!

Also, level 2 is the worst!

Pigeonpost · 19/02/2017 23:01

I've never got past day 10!

MrsSquidney · 20/02/2017 09:14

Ha Blueemerald! It gave me motivation (who doesn't want to look like either Bella?!)

BeBe32 · 20/02/2017 19:11

Wow, thanks for all the encouraging replies! And I'd love to have a flat tummy like that! Not sure I believe I can actually stick the full 30 days but feeling more motivated now!

I had good results too...made it to day 20, DH was most impressed by my improved bum Blush

I am planning to start again ( failed to restart it in Jan) but you have given me a kick and going to do Day 1 tomorrow.

clematisflower · 20/02/2017 22:45

Go for it BeBe! I've done 3 days now, and already it seems easier, think I'll take a 'before' photo tomorrow for motivation.
