I've just tried it!!Beginners level & now feel like I'm going to vomit. Has anyone done it- please tell me it gets easier😂😂
I've been doing his YouTube workouts since the start of the year. I love them I do find them easier now but still do easy versions of lots of exercises (press ups on my knees, not jumping into lunges and the easy step out burpies)His easy on the knees one is a good one to do. I did his January boot camp and they got harder towards the end but I got there (whilst doing the easier versions of exercises)
