Can anyone recommend good earphones for running?

I've just started Couch to 5k (second attempt - I will get past wk 2 this time...) and it's frustrating that my earphones keep falling out. I'm doing it in a gym/treadmill at the moment as it's too muddy outside and I can only run when it's dark (because of work, not for fear of being seen!), so my beanie hat with earphones built in is no good either.

Any recommendations?

Do you have iPhone earphones? They work for me.

I have some sport ones that hook over your ears. They stay on.

I've got these bose in ear headphones - stay in really well when I run.

I use these bone-conducting headphones: Aftershoks. They sit just in front of your ears so they (and your ears) don't get full of sweat, they don't budge, you can hear what's going on around you, they hold a charge well, they don't feel heavy and you can wear a hat or a buff without that horrible muffled noise you get with ordinary headphones. The sound isn't that fantastic but perfectly ok, and you can have them pretty loud. There's quite a lot of sound leakage so you couldn't wear them on the train, but they're fine for running outside or for in the gym.

I've tried hundreds of pairs and the they're the only ones I find not intensely irritating. These are much cheaper and have a rubbish sound but don't budge - they were about £15 from Sainsbury's.

I have got through loads of pairs. Anything but over the ear ones fall out with me.
These are brilliant though. You might not have heard of the manufacture but they make headphones that are used in industry, call centres for example.

Yurbuds are the only ones that I've found that work. Those hook over ones are too big for me.

DH swears by these from Amazon. The bit that hooks over your ear is flexible so you can shape it to fit your ears. He often listens to podcasts in bed when I'm asleep and can fall asleep with them in, which I think is a testament to how comfortable they are.
