Hi all. Hopefully I'm posting in right section (?). The only time of day I can properly do a DVD or go out for a run is in the evening when DH gets home to watch baby. Firstly is this as beneficial as starting the day exercising (which means getting up at 6) and secondly how should I work out my last meal of the day. For example I would exercise around 7pm for an hour so should I have dinner early and have a snack after working out or have dinner later? Thanks in advance!
