Hyperhydrosis. Mortifying. Any advice?

I'm really upset today. Kids want me to go dry slope skiing but I can't because of my embarrassing problem. I struggle with any activity.

I cd cope with underarm sweat but I swear a lot round the groin area. I've had a cpl of past mortifying experiences - where I know it's showing and there's not much I can do about it. I know ppl can see it and it's disgusting.

This time I wanted to do it. I keep investing in expensive leggings that I think will not show it - can't really afford it but I keep trying maybe once a year - but nothing works. I've even bought Tena lady type products - but it's not the right area - it's more top of the legs that's the problem

I'm so upset. The kids will ask why I'm not doing it and I'll make an excuse. Dad (ex) is much more fun

It's nervous sweat and hotness sweat,

Sorry if I sound pathetic but this really stops me living my life in many ways

It started as a child - I'd get wet patches when standing up from plastic chairs. I'm never going to get rid of it am I :(

What about having botox injections in the area? I think you should go to your gp. This problem is affecting you and your life.

Cloth sanitary pads might help manage it a bit better. I always found disposables clammy and sweaty anyway, but because the wings are fabric too, that might absorb the sweat better. (I use them for running in addition to their main purpose as my pelvic floor is unforgiving)
