Okay, so I'm 31. I have exercise. I haven't done any since I was about 13.
I've decided I really should. So I tried to run. I have done 3 2k runs, and each time I've felt exactly the same afterwards.
I can't catch my breath, my chest burns, my throat feels full of mucous, my chest is rattling and wheezing.
It lasts a few hours. I'm currently sat here wheezing, and I've been home 40 minutes.
Will this get any better? If so, when?! What do I need to do? It's seriously putting me off, as I can't do anything for ages after I've run. I have 3 children, and I'm on my own. This is not conducive to looking after small people!!!
