Poor pelvic floor. -could I ever run?

I can't currently run without leaking (quite a lot).
I do Pilates to try to help my pelvic floor and I bought some weights to tone my pelvic floor (but haven't used them in ages)
I see people I know who've had twins, several children (I have two) all running and enjoying it.
If I took up running would it get better or am I doomed to be piss soaked by then end of every run (I tried tena but found the wetness very disconcerting)

I don't know the answer but I'm the same...I just do it anyway but it's not ideal at all. It did get better for a while after I did this course called the foo foo fun club, but I didn't really keep up with the exercises so it's got worse again. Following for any more helpful responses!

You sound like you need to see a specialist physio.

I leak a bit, mainly when running faster with more impact I use CSP which copes quite well. If I've got a mooncup in, that seems to help.

Trampolines and skipping are my nemesis.

See your gp. You should not be putting up with this. I went after 10 years of leaking. Problem sorted with TVT operation. I took up running and have continued ever since. Best thing I ever did. I can even trampoline now! Life changing. Please don't leave it as long as I did.
