Hi! So I've just bought my ds a 10 ft trampoline, made sure I got a good one that I can use too. I'm pretty seriously overweight and unfit and have promised myself I'll use the trampoline myself to get fitter. Getting a bit bored of just jumping up and down though, can anybody suggest any good exercises I can do on it? Thanks smile

Skipping with a rope while bouncing on the trampoline.

No joke about the peeing - it's a very good pelvic floor exercise!

Google exercises for rebounding or trampettes- you'll find loads of exercises.

Scottie dogs
Star jumps (jacks)
High knees
Kick backs (try to kick your bum!)
Mini interval training - 20 really fast little jogs on the spot to 5 big jumps and repeat for a few minutes
High knees with opposite knee to opposite elbow, switch and repeat
