I've attempted this a couple of times in the past but never completed the 8 weeks.
I decided to start again as I did enjoy it and love how easy it is to fit in rather than going to a gym or classes.
I lurked on here for a while reading the other threads about it and decided to download the app the other day and went today. The most important piece of advice I took from it was SLOW DOWN. This has obviously what's scuppered me in the past. I'd been practically sprinting
I haven't done ANY exercise in many years and managed this today with relative ease. I'm really looking forward to my next attempt!
My question is that about 2-3 months ago I started having some outer hip pain that I've never had before. Some days are worse than others. Went out today and was okay while out but now I'm back the pain has increased about 4 fold. I'm really concerned this means I may have to stop?!
I had a baby 5 months ago, unsure if this could be related to the hip pain.
Any ideas?
