What's your steps today?

I think I'm just over 11,000.

I'm just asking so I can see what other people are up to.

Seriously? You two are hitting it hard! Is that normal for you?

I hit over 17000 yesterday and was happy with myself. As usually I hit between 6000 and 11000.

8,000 today. Had a lazy one as not feeling great.
Usually 13 - 14,000

Ah, it's the workweek hustle thing. I like to hit 20,000 the first and second day to stay in front. Apparently I like to win them Grin

11,000 is pretty good. I would be happy with that on a weekend when it's not so busy.

I'm aiming for 20000 tomorrow! Anyone with me? Want more 'friends to join in the competition as I'm trying to be more active

If I went out now for half an hour I could easily fit another 5000 in 'ponders'.. himself is watching the football so I won't be missed.

12800, I've only ever done over 20000 once in a year! I have a sedentary job so I have to try and get my steps in on my days off!

I'm up for that.

17737 target was 15000 but trying to beat a complete stranger (friend of a friend) on workweek hustle and she always beats me by about 10,000 so I am not aiming fit as near to 20k as possible. I will beat that far walking lady!

16,732, and that's with first tri exhaustion and nausea. I used to do 20k a day on weekdays. Now I'm lucky if I can get 15k!

9764 today. I walked to work and back; had a lunchtime walk and walked the dog. He'll get another quick walk at bedtime so I'll make 10000 which is fine by me.

Competitive stuff like 'I've done X,000 today' is the reason I don't do gyms, running etc.

12,868, but I forgot to put it on until after the school run, so it's probably clare to 15,000 in reality. I have PMS and achy joints today so I'm having an early night instead of a walk, especially as I overdid it a bit last week and my Achilles' tendons complained.

  1. That's usual for my day off work when I go for a half hour run and do the weekly lap round the supermarket. Much lower count on my days at work

9027 so far. I usually hit about 12000 on work days but it was raining when I left the office so I took the bus to the station rather than walk as usual.

11,202 and about to go for a 2,500 step walk (regular route)

I aim for 80,000 a week. That is necessary as I am recovering from two Heart Attacks last year. The second one nearly killed me and we then discovered I had a silent Genetic condition which causes my heart to just go into Spasm.

I love my fitbit, feel like it is saving my life and have just upgraded. It makes me get up and out regardless of the temperature or the weather.

You're all pretty active compared to me!. I'm trying to loose a fair amount of weight so am eating healthily and pushing myself to do more.

When I loose about 2 stone I'll start going to the gym to tone up :)
