Sports bra help

Im looking to buy another sports bra and need a bit of help. I've already got a shock absorber but I have started running every other day so need more than one really!

I'm a 32FF and the bra needs to be really supportive but also good value, I only want to spend about £20. I've ruled out supermarkets and m&s as they don't have my size. Any ideas?

Thank you.

I recommend la panache - fantastic.

Panache ultimate or Freya active underwired are the ones I use. Might not get for £20 though

Type your size followed by 'sports bra' into the search engine om eBay. Loads of choice and often under twenty pounds.

Mine was a bit more than that but it's fantastic and I can jump without having to use one arm to hold down the F's. You may get lucky and find one your size in the sale at Boobydoo.co.uk

I went to a designer outlet centre yesterday to stock up. The Wonderbra store sells Shock Absorber for £23-£28. I really, really rate Shock Absorber

Which shock absorber have you got? The very plain D max (BE59) is much firmer/ better for running than the ones with the double sets of hooks and contrasting stitching/prints.

£20 is not a lot for a sports bra in that size (I'm that size myself) and spending £30+ on one is worthwhile if you consider it against the price of a boob lift...

I use a shock absorber ultimate run and I love it. You can pick up cheaper ones on Amazon but you need to be careful with the sizing; I had to go up a band size and down a cup (at least I think it was that way around!)

The only down side is that I'm getting a spotty back from it around the top clip area. I'm thinking of trying something more open to see if that changes.

If you have a local TK MAXX they're good for sports wear but you'd have to rummage and try on a lot to get the perfect fit at your size.

Another vote for shock absorber, I've big boobs & it's brilliant, completely supportive. Think it was £20-30 in debenhams

E bay is great for sports bras as people buy them and then decide after one wear that they don't like them

I have a panache and a Freya. Panache is much more supportive and the Freya has a seam in exactly the wrong place inside the cup. I bought them both from Amazon and got plain white which was cheaper than the multicoloured versions. Can't remember how much they were though. Both the same as my usual size.

I love the underwired panache sports bras. I have three. They're expensive but I didn't pay full price for any of mine. I got them in white which seems to be an unpopular colour. The cheapest one was only €15.
