Gym routine

Hi there, I'm a member of a gym but would like a new workout and can't see where to start on line. Ideally I want my muscles to ache the next day and feel absolutely exhausted. I'm quite fit so don't fancy just body weight squats and then on the treadmill. Anyone got ideas of where I can look for inspiration??? Xx

Do your gym provide fitness programs with your membership? That will be the best way to go as it will be suited to your ability and goals. I work out 5 times a week and do 4 days heavy weights and 1 days cardio.
