Hello

Please could you guys help me.

I used to be in really good shape I had energy and I did by by just having an active lifestyle. I was always busy cleaning or walking somewhere.

This all changed when I got pregnant. I developed hyperemesis and became very unwell for my entire pregnancy. I lost all of the muscle mass from my legs and lumbar support.

I've put on weight as my luck deteriorated further. I was diagnosed with POTS- it's a weird heart condition where I get dizzy and faint in the presence of certain triggers. My triggers are heat, anything that gets my heart rate up, posteral changes and standing for too long.

To make things worse I have fibromyalgia. This mainly affects my hands wrists an dc hips. I tried doing yoga as I thought it would be gentle but it puts too much strain on my wrists and the posteral changes were too much for me. I would like to try tai chi as that looks like it ticks all the boxes. I'm needed a lot of support to do this so I'm looking for a video that's fun and engaging and for young people. It would be even nicer if it was something my 3 year old daughter could get into.

I'm so sorry- my story is noring andmy needs are specific but I feel so alone with this problem :( I just want to get to the point where I feel normal again. Over time I can build up a tolerance with the POTS so I just need to get over this hump.

Thanks in advance

I recommend it a lot but give Fitness Blender a Google.
They have loads of resources on their website, loads of free YouTube vids etc. They might have something perfect for you. Smile
