Underwear recommendations

Can you recommend a good sports bra for wearing to the gym, also what knickers are best for wearing under capri pants to avoid vpl, everything I have tried so far shows a line.

I use panache or Freya sports bras, they are the under wired ones. I use big support pants from M&S!

I am looking for good pants too, all mine seem to rub a bit. I had a couple of "sport thongs" which I got in the Gilly Hicks sale which were just little scraps of seamless material so quite good, but they were white so they didn't really last.
