Hello, I am quite thick of thigh and calf and would like to not be, my favourite exercise is spinning and I do a class 5 times a week, would this help me achieve this goal?
Yes. For me spinning was the only exercise that actually reduced my chunky thighs. That and lower carb!
Agree. Spinning was great for toning legs and bum

I do spin at least 3 times a week. My thighs are toned but my calves are quite chinky. But I love it so don't care!Only thing is I think your legs can get quite unbalanced and your quods overwork so always try and do inner thigh exercises
