Looking for recommendations, preferably using dumbells as I workout at home. I do squats and lunges and find them very effective for glutes and general quadriceps area, but inner thigh needs more work. Has anyone tried plié squats? I did those years ago, not even sure if recommended any longer. Or any advice would be welcome. I'm back to working out after a 6 month break due to a knee injury so probably need something suitable for beginner/intermediate if possible.
Shameless bump. Google shows that some sites still recommend plie squats but was hoping for some more recommendations if possible.
I swam a few lengths breast stroke on Monday and today my inner thighs are killing me. I've done no other exercise and haven't swam in ages so it must be this. Worth a try?
