I have started going to the gym doing a mix of cardio, resistance training and floor work.
I can feel and see everything is toning up already after only 2 weeks but am worried my thighs will become chunky. I usually do the cross trainer as my cardio as my shins hurt when I run, but the cross trainer seems to really target the thighs.

Is this likely to make them chunky?
Would I be better doing a mix of rowing, fast walking and cross trainer to prevent this?

I do a lot of cross trainer and it doesn't make my thighs chunky.

I love spin. Best way to torch calories.
