Running and Prolapse

Just wondered if anyone can help.... I have a prolapse which started 13 years ago after DC2, mild at this stage, got worse after DC3 now 9 but had gynae physio and got much better. Have been running for 5 years with no issues at all. About a week ago however at the end of a 5 mile run I thought I needed a poo but then realised that my prolapse has come back - cystoecyle and my uterus is pressing down on the back of my vagina. Just gutted and that awful heavy feeling down there has returned. Have made an appointment with GP but am in a terrible state - both to do with the prolapse returning but also at the thought of not being able to run. Running is my lifeline and I my whole year has been planned around running events and training. I am utterly distraught that this may have to stop as obviously my health has to come first. Does anyone else run in a similar situation? Any advice at all would be really welcome
