So I was training with a PT, doing spin, weights etc and fairly fit (no access to PT now hence the question) I had to stop due to an open wound and then sciatica (not brought on by exercise Wound has been operated on and when it's healed I need/want to get back to exercise Where the hell do I start? I've been sitting on my bum except for riding my horse
The gym has 30 min spin classes but not sure if too much straight away. And what about weights? Was DL 110kg and bench press of 50kg and I tend to retain strength easily but not cardio fitness
I find treadmill and X trainer hard and spin the easiest, so thinking I should start with that?
