Hi ya-
Has anyone done or is doing the 7 minute workout?

How often are you doing it and have you noticed results?

Just came on to see if anyone else was doing this. I'm trying to get to gym/run at least twice a week too but can't always fit it in. Figured there's no excuse not to for this in everyday (even though I've failed before!) and have just done day 2.

I have various 10 min workout DVDs and find they're great, but never just for 10 mins on their own. I will combine three, or do a 10 min toning workout after a run or other cardio workout. But 7/10 mins a day is still way more than none and provided you're eating sensibly, you should see results.

Thinking of starting this 7 min challenge! how are you getting along a year on? Visible abs and reduced bingo wings? Or did you give up???
