I'm a big Jillian fan and the latest one I'm into is the Shred with Kettlebells. I'm getting a bit bored with it, but I'm enjoying the kettlebells so I need to find another one to do.Can you recommend a good kettlebell workout (preferably one on YouTube), that's about 30 minutes long?
Paul Katami ultimate kettlebell workouts for beginners is good. I've got the DVD but I'm pretty sure I've spotted it on YouTube too.
I'd second Paul Katami. Ryan Shanaghan on You Tube is good too.
