Anyone got any suggestions? Am in poor health (need to build fitness from scratch really). Feeling quite wobbly at the moment ! Could do with losing a few pounds but my main focus is to get fit.

I downloaded Davina's 7 Minite Fit and really like it. Lots of choices and each section only 7/8 mins in length so really doable. There's Fat Burner which is as it sounds, Tone & Sculpt - arms, upper back and shoulders, Tone & Burn, a couple of Abs workouts, boxercise, some stretching. Just mix it up and do what you feel like on the day. I am really unfit and started a month ago, and do feel quite a difference.

Thanks! Is it an app? Or a DVD?

Both. I downloaded it to my iPad via iTunes but you can get the Dvd from Amazon. It's around £13 on each but you can purchase individual workouts at £2.49 each on iTunes.
