Hi! Has anybody used a waist trainer whilst exercising to correct split stomach muscles and has it worked? I have a small split in my lower abdomen from DS2 which is giving me a bulge. I'm a fairly fit person but was wondering if a waist trainer on top of my exercise classes would help to mend the split? DS2 is only 5 months old and I'm pretty much back to the size I was before I had her but the bulge is really annoying me when I'm wearing clothes . I had read a waist trainer could help but wanted to see if I could get some feedback and maybe some reccomendations before taking the plunge and just buying one.
