I've always found abdominal exercises really difficult. I've done them on and off over the years but nothing regular. I've recently started classes and am struggling. Today for example, I attended a class and all the exercises seemed to really pull on my back. I ALWAYS tighten my core to the best of my ability, but seemingly to no avail sometimes.
Can anyone reassure me that it does get easier as time goes on? Did anyone start out with really weak abs and now find they are much stronger?
