ok, so I've logged in and I can see an empty calendar and programs to add.

on the left is a search function with 'keywords' etc, but whatever I put in comes up with nothing found??

What am I doing wrong?

Should I just be clicking on the programs on the right?

Go to workouts/ full length workout videos, then you can filter from there.

There are different ways of using the calendar. I like to download a programme (currently on the 2nd busy people download) and add it to the calendar and then it tells you which workout to do each day. Or you can scroll through the videos on the "full-length workout videos" screen and add ones that interest you. If you're using the search feature you don't need to use keywords unless there is something quite specific you're looking for: I just use the tick boxes to narrow down the options.

Of course, you don't need to use the calendar at all if you don't want to plan in advance or keep a record of what you've done. I've only recently started using that feature.
