I don't know where to start. I used to go to the gym pre-kids but I never felt I got any thinner/stronger/fitter.
I'm not entirely convinced that my body will do the things that other people's do.
I have crap ankles so walking/running is out.
Any tips please on what I need to do to actually see changes? And how do you beat the boredom?
