30 minute walk?

Do you think a very brisk 30 minute walk every day will help to tone me up, or am I wasting my time? TIA for any thoughts.

It'll certainly be good for your health, though if you really want to 'tone up' you might want to consider adding some form of strength exercise - eg squats, lunges for legs.
