Hi all,

My husband and I both work shifts so there's quite a few evenings where I'm at home and can't get out to a gym or for a run but I'm desperate to try and get toned before my holidays at the end of September. I've recently discovered the hordes of work outs on Youtube but there's so much choice I don't know where to start! Any tips for decent workouts? Thanks!

Jessica Smith is good if you are looking for something low impact.

Have a look at the site "fitness blender" too-they have lots of workouts and you can filter by type of workout, time etc. and it's free!

Tiffany rothe is great and varying in difficulty.

I used to do a lot of the xhit daily ones too.

I love Zuzka Light. She has quite a lot of flesh out which can give the wrong impression but knows her stuff and is lovely.

I second Jessica Smith - she has work outs from 5 to 60 minutes and for all abilities. She got me fit after a couple of injuries, so I have great affection for her videos.

Also, she does weekly and monthly plans and recommends how to put regimes together. And she has a dog that barges in to a lot of the workouts

I seconds Jillian Michaels. She has a good range and they've beaten me into shape.

Good luck smile If you need some ideas about how to put a plan together then come back and let us know what you think you might like doing.
