Need a flat running route to carry on with my C210k program whilst on hols near Machynlleth. Approx 7k. Any ideas????

Along the estuary? If you head inland it gets hilly.

An app such as Strava which logs the routes of users may be helpful.
Manometer is good for manually planning routes and can show elevation.
