I've really enjoyed doing the 30 day shred ( 19 days in ) but the last couple of days my knees have been quite sore. Do I stick with it? Stop? Or can anyone recommend something similar which might not be as intensive on my old knees. I'm wearing trainers and using a mat and I'm sure I'm doing the moves correctly. They were fine on level 1 but not great on level 3. Is Davina's 7 min fit the same? I've lost 2inches off bust, hips and waist so don't want to stop completely. Any advice? TIA.
