I do pilates once a week, but my teacher is often away, can anyone recommend a workout I could follow at home? I have a prolapse so mat work is better and its got to be beginner level. I'd prefer 30 mins or less. Keep meaning to ask my teacher but third week on the trott I'm home and forgot to ask, help please.

I like Darcy Bussell's Pilates for Life. It's an hour or so but split into sections so you can mix it as you wish and there is a 20 minutes shorter session you can play on its own if you have less time.

Gentle and relaxing but effective, it's the one I keep going back to. I have pelvis/hip problems and just miss the bits that are not for me. There aren't huge amounts of detail on technique as you go through but as a supplement to a class that's fine.
