If I am aiming to run 2x 10k a week and 1x 5k do you think I need to take any supplements/vitamins for example for bones or joints.
I'm 34, eat a decent diet and am not trying to lose weight

In my point of view your exercise schedule is perfect at this age just you need to be regular on your schedule. As you mentioned that you are on your decent diet then no need to take any supplements or vitamins.
