I want to join but everytime I click on it bumps me out of MN. Why? Is it a sign that running is not for me?
Anyway I want to start the programme but wondered how people did it? Do you just use a watch to time the intervals or do you use the app with your phone and headphones? And if do do you use a strap on thing? (Ooh er).
