Hello! 30DSL3D6 done.

Was supposed to complete the shred in a July but obviously didn't make it. 4 days left.

Lots of people have told me how I look like I've lost weight but I'm not back in a single item of pre-pregnancy clothing which just tells me how bad I'd got!

I suppose it took me 2 years to get to this size, I ain't going to fix it in a month!

Hi all! The challenge is on Spots, nearly wimped out on day 1 though! 30DSL2D7 done today, why is it not getting any easier?!

Glad you found another copy Yadah, I didn't realise what BR actually was until yesterday while browsing Amazon! I've been eyeing up Buns & Thighs, does anyone know what it's like?

Body Revolution phase 2 week 5 (which i am going to repeat btw because of recent exhaustion-related flakiness) cardio 2 eek. That was a bit of a shock. Kept up tho Smile

30DSL3D3 done.

Difficult to find opportunities to do it at the moment, other than late at night. Another 10pm start to shred this evening...

Struggling to get a rhythm going with L3, keep having to pause and rewind the DVD. The actual moves are okay, even the dreaded squat and rock star jumps, it's just the moving between them that I'm finding difficult. I guess it'll get easier the more I do it.

Hmmmm - well I finally managed to do my first August shred today - 30DS L3D5.

Still not enjoying level 3 at all, which is not helping me motivate myself. Without this thread I think I might already have given up.

Going to pop into town and get someobe else to make my coffee as a reward for getting my arse out of bed and shredding (DC are away this week, so I could've had a lie-in).

On the plus side - I just happily walked into town wearing skin-tight Lycra kit, so I'm obviously feeling pretty positive about my current body shape.

30DSL2D8 done today. Sorry Spots, I've let the side down already! Yesterday was bad - had a happy meal for lunch, fish & chips for dinner and no exercise to speak of Blush

Back on the wagon today though!

You're doing great Oubliette, keep it up! Going out in skin tight Lycra is still a long time away for me Grin

I might have had a minor slip up today with a very grumpy overtired baby and a slight hangover after a wedding yesterday. So we have had one day off each. Didn't shred yesterday but did go for a run so am counting that as my exercise... Back to the shred with a vengeance tomorrow!
