Exercise DVD for teen girl

My DD is 15 and needs to do some exercise. She is very slim but unfit and not strong. She doesn't like the idea of exerting herself, is not outdoorsy and does not like the idea that someone might see her in the park running etc
Any ideas how I can get her fit and in particular can anyone recommend a DVD that may be suitable ?
I am her opposite , as I am a triathlete and lift weights. So I can advise her but I have to accept she won't like the things I like.
I am going to get her some 1-1 Pilates as a friend teaches it.

Something like Jillian Michaels? She can try them out on YouTube first for free. Or something like Blogilates that is online. That might appeal to teens.

Swimming or cycling too maybe?

I'd go 30 day shred, maybe.

The pros:
It's fairly short, twenty minutes.
It's intense, and incorporates strength and core work rather than just cardio.
The people doing the workout aren't done up like they're on a night out.
The first level isn't so horrible that it will put her off for the rest of her life, and moves can be modified so she can go at a gentler pace.

The cons:
Jillian Michaels can be a bit patronising. gets on my tits
She might be into a more dancy/Zumba type one.

Along the line of the last point, I believe there are some quite good street dance/hip hop workouts if that's her thing.

The Davina McCall ones are good, very straightforward and practical.
