Any recommendations? And if u in se England good places to use? Any other tips? Any running groups that anyone knows of?

I know the bob is good but not heard much more than that. Shouldn't use before 6 months old.

I'm thinking Richmond park, knowle, parts of north downs way. Would country Kane's be safe would u think?

I've googled groups but found nothing. There must be other parents who like running with buggy out there Grin

I use my out n about nipper 360 now. I have the out n about 10k fixed wheel, which is fine but once dd got heavier i got fed up of the constant adjustments of the fixed wheel.

When she was little i timed it with her naps and it was great. now she's 2 and i make sure i've got snacks, and don't go for too long then run to the park for a play straight after. It means it's part of our routine. Longer runs at the weekend when my sister can look after her. Be flexible, sometimes it just won't happen and i know what it's like when you set your heart on a run and dc is just not up for it. Have an alternative if you really need to burn off energy- an exercise dvd, run up and down the stairs, an exercise bike.

Oh and i run on separate from road cycle paths. Much safer and you are essentially a mix of bike and pedestrian. Make sure you put the wrist strap on as a few times we've skidded, tripped or swerved unexpectedly.
