You can do the lower options (I.e. no jumping etc) but it is fairly hardcore so possibly not the best option to start with.

It is good though, certainly improved my fitness Smile

Metafit is brilliant but I don't think it is for you just yet....start off with something a bit more forgiving and work up to it - it can be quite brutal but if you are the level where you would need to keep it low impact then it sort of takes the point/effect away from it.

Maybe start off with something like body pump where you can start off more gently but still get a good workout.

Metafit is def not for the faint hearted.

Well Doodle just take control of your diet and the rest will follow - weight loss is 80% diet and 20% exercise so you could shift a fair bit of weight just with diet alone......

Good luck, let us know how you get on :)

I would go for it. I started out 4 stone and 19 months ago and couldn't even do the high knees when I started but now I love it (and hate it in the same breath). You work as hard as you can and you don't give a crap what others can do. You take the option that suits you and move up when you can, which will be sooner than you think with regular attendance.

mcpie has said it well. one of my metafit instructors tells us to face whatever way we want rather than all facing the front as it is your own personal workout so only concentrate on yourself and what you can do and not on what everyone else is doing Smile
